Is it safe around kids and pets?
Keep it out of reach of children and pets, and always use it inside a diffuser rather than leaving the bottle open.
How many drops should I use?
Start with 2-3 drops in your diffuser's water tank — you can always add more next time if you want it stronger.
Can I mix scents?
Yes! Combine any of the 6 scents to create your own blend.
Does this work with my RainDrop diffuser?
Yes — it's made to pair perfectly with the RainDrop Diffuser, and works with most water-based diffusers too.
What about shipping, damaged items, or delivery issues?
Orders ship within 7-12 business days and shipping is always free. If your package arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered, or tracking shows it's delayed or lost, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or refund you. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a small reshipping fee may apply — so please double-check it at checkout. Occasional events outside our control (natural disasters, carrier strikes) can also add delay. Either way, you always have 30 days to return your order, no questions asked.
