Not always — the diffuser and fragrance oils are shipped separately, so you may get two packages within the same 7-12 business day window. Both ship as soon as you order. If a package arrives damaged, isn't right, or tracking shows it's delayed or lost, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or refund you — you're covered by our 30-day return policy either way.

Can I choose the color and plug type?

Yes — pick white or black and your plug type (American, European, or UK) above. The fragrance oil collection is the same 6 scents either way.

What if I only want one of the two?

You can buy the diffuser or the fragrance oils separately from their own pages — the bundle is just the better deal if you want both.

Is there a return policy?

Yes — 30 days on either item, no questions asked.

What if a delivery fails because of an incorrect address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a delivery fails, carriers usually offer one free re-delivery attempt — contact them directly first. If the package still can't be delivered and is returned to the warehouse because the address was incorrect or incomplete, a small reshipping fee may apply. This doesn't affect your 30-day return policy on the item itself.
