How long does the tank last?
About 4-6 hours of continuous mist on a full 250ml tank, depending on the mist setting.
Is it safe to run overnight?
Yes — it's designed to shut itself off once the tank runs low, so you don't have to check on it.
Can I add fragrance oil to it?
This one is made for plain water only. We wouldn't recommend adding oils — it isn't built for that and it could affect the mist mechanism.
How do I clean it?
Empty and rinse the tank after each use, and wipe it dry before refilling — this helps prevent mineral buildup and mold. A deeper clean with a soft brush every 1-2 weeks is enough for regular use.
How long does shipping take, and what if something goes wrong?
Orders ship within 7-12 business days and shipping is always free. If it arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered, or tracking shows it's delayed or lost, contact us and we'll arrange a free replacement or a refund. Either way, you always have 30 days to return it.
What if a delivery fails because of an incorrect address?
