Frequently asked questions
Is it safe for young children?
Yes — the body is soft silicone, designed to be touched and squeezed, with no harsh edges.
How bright can it get?
The light is soft and adjustable, made to gently light a room without being harsh on little eyes at night.
How long does it stay charged?
It's USB rechargeable — a full charge comfortably covers a night's use, so you're not replacing batteries.
How long does shipping take, and what if something goes wrong?
Orders ship within 7-12 business days and shipping is always free. If it arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered, or tracking shows it's delayed or lost, contact us and we'll arrange a free replacement or a refund. Either way, you always have 30 days to return it.
What if a delivery fails because of an incorrect address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a delivery fails, carriers usually offer one free re-delivery attempt — contact them directly first. If the package is returned to the warehouse because the address was wrong or incomplete, a small reshipping fee may apply.
