Frequently asked questions
How bright is it?
Bright enough to fill a bedroom ceiling with a clear star pattern, but soft enough not to keep you awake — brightness is adjustable with the remote.
Does it turn off automatically?
Yes — it has a built-in timer so you don't have to remember to switch it off.
Can I control it without getting up?
Yes — the included remote adjusts modes and brightness from bed.
How long does shipping take, and what if something goes wrong?
Orders ship within 7-12 business days and shipping is always free. If it arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered, or tracking shows it's delayed or lost, contact us and we'll arrange a free replacement or a refund. Either way, you always have 30 days to return it.
What if a delivery fails because of an incorrect address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a delivery fails, carriers usually offer one free re-delivery attempt — contact them directly first. If the package is returned to the warehouse because the address was wrong or incomplete, a small reshipping fee may apply.
