RainDrop isn't a humidifier you forget about — it's something to actually watch. The water droplets fall in a hypnotic loop, the mist is whisper-quiet, and the light shifts in warm tones instead of the blue glow of a screen. Fill it, set the timer, and let it hold your attention for the last few minutes before bed — instead of your phone.

How the ritual works

Three steps, then put the phone down

1

Fill it up

Add water and a couple of drops of fragrance oil before you brush your teeth.

2

Set the timer, not an alarm

Pick 2, 4, or 8 hours from the remote — right from bed.

3

Watch, don't scroll

Let the droplets fall and the light shift while you wind down. It turns itself off.

Frequently asked questions

Is it quiet enough for a bedroom?

Yes. RainDrop uses whisper-quiet ultrasonic mist, so it won't disturb your sleep or a partner's.

Can I control it without getting out of bed?

Yes — the remote adjusts light, mist, and timer from right where you are.

Can I use any fragrance oil?

We recommend sticking to the RainDrop Fragrance Oil Collection — it's water-soluble and made to work with the tank. We can't vouch for other oils: undiluted essential oils or skincare/cosmetic oils are often oil-based rather than water-soluble, and may leave residue or affect the tank over time. If you want to try a different water-soluble fragrance oil, add just a drop or two and see how it goes.

What's included in the box?

The RainDrop diffuser, a remote control, a charging cable, and a user manual.

How long does shipping take, and what if something goes wrong?

Orders ship within 7-12 business days and shipping is always free. If your diffuser arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered, or tracking shows it's delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we'll arrange a free replacement or a refund. Occasional events outside our control — natural disasters, carrier strikes, and the like — can add extra delay; if that happens, we'll keep you posted. Either way, you always have 30 days to return it if it's not for you.

What if a delivery fails because of an incorrect address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a delivery fails, carriers usually offer one free re-delivery attempt — contact them directly first. If the package still can't be delivered and is returned to the warehouse because the address was incorrect or incomplete, a small reshipping fee may apply. This doesn't affect your 30-day return policy on the item itself.

How do I clean and maintain it?

Empty and rinse the tank after each use, and wipe it dry before refilling — this helps prevent mineral buildup and mold. We recommend a deeper clean with a soft brush and a little mild soap every 1-2 weeks, especially with daily use. Always unplug it first, and let it dry fully before adding water again.

How is my order packaged?

Your diffuser ships in secure packaging designed to protect it in transit. In the rare case it still arrives damaged, contact us with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — see the shipping question above for details.
