Frequently asked questions
Will it light up the whole room?
Yes — it rotates slowly, so the rippling light pattern gradually fills the walls and ceiling around it, not just one spot.
Can I change the color?
Yes — there are 16 color options, adjustable with the included remote.
Is it too bright for a bedroom?
It's dimmable, so you can turn it down to a soft glow for sleeping or brighter for ambient evening lighting.
How long does shipping take, and what if something goes wrong?
Orders ship within 7-12 business days and shipping is always free. If it arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered, or tracking shows it's delayed or lost, contact us and we'll arrange a free replacement or a refund. Either way, you always have 30 days to return it.
What if a delivery fails because of an incorrect address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a delivery fails, carriers usually offer one free re-delivery attempt — contact them directly first. If the package is returned to the warehouse because the address was wrong or incomplete, a small reshipping fee may apply.
